These Terms govern your access to and use of Local Web Promote (the “Platform”) and the services provided, including the DIY Website Builder, White-Glove Design, Google Business Support, and Search Engine Marketing (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not use the Platform if you have previously been suspended or terminated by Local Web Promote.
Local Web Promote offers DIY website building, White-Glove Design, Google Business Profile support, and SEM services. Deliverables are described in a separate Service Agreement or Work Order. We strive for quality and provide timelines; however, results are not guaranteed and depend on factors beyond our control.
Fees for the Services are set forth in the applicable Service Agreement or quote. You agree to pay all fees incurred and any applicable taxes. Payments are due in accordance with the stated terms. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of Services.
You retain ownership of your content provided to the Platform. Local Web Promote retains ownership of the Platform, tools, and any pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you may receive a limited license to the finalized deliverables. Any third-party materials are governed by their respective licenses.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring lawful grounds for processing any personal data you provide to the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Web Promote excludes liability for indirect damages, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, violations of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the Agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the Service Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, failed payments, or unsafe conduct. Upon termination, access to the Platform ends and licensed deliverables may be removed in accordance with the applicable license.
